Reclamations
In accordance to § 11 Abs 1 FAGG (Austrian law) you, the customer have a right to revoke your purchase within 14 calendar days. Within this time, you can revoke a purchase without specifying any reasons. This revocation period is with effect from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, has taken posession of the products.
In order to exercise your revocation right you must inform me, through the form or the contact information above, expressing clearly your intent to revoke the contract.
If you revoke the purchase, I will repay all payments received from you, including the cost of shipping. Upon revoking the contract, you are obligated to return all products to me within the 14 calendar days, at your own cost. Payment will be withheld until the products have been inspected by me. I reserve the right to withhold payment if the products have been damaged by you, in which case you must pay for any depreciation of the products.
Analog Film material can only be returned in its original, unsealed packaging. otherwise, no return is possible.
In such a case that the products were damaged at the time they arrived with you, I will return all payments for damaged goods immediately, as well as pay for return shipping. If the products are damaged in such a way that they must be disposed of, a return is not necessary.
In the case of a fault originating from production, a replacement, return or refund will be made in accordance to your wishes. However, as photographic film and chemistry is a complicated process, it is not always clear where in the life of a product the fault occured. For a reclamation I therefore need to verify that the fault in the product did not occur after it arrived with you, the customer. In most cases the product will therefore need to be returned to me in order to make an evaluation. In such cases, the cost of shipping will be carried by me, so long as there is a sufficient reason to suspect a fault in production. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and I will do my best to come to an agreeable solution with you. I make no guarantees on the perfect condition of the products. The evaluation of damages will therefore be made entirely at my discretion. Unconditional returns will only be made within the legal 14 day period, and, in the case of fotographic film, only in its original, sealed packaging.
Products sold by me, which are not photographic chemistry or film, such as cameras or developing utensils, come with a 2 year warranty, guaranteeing that the product matches the description at the point of the sale. This warranty covers only that my description of the product was accurate at the time when it arrived at your door. Problems arising from use after this point, including regular intended use, are not covered.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.
You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our website without our prior written consent.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties, and your use of such websites or resources is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to discontinue your use of our website.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Austria.
Orders, Delivery Time and Delivery Obstacles
The delivery time is up to 7 days. Any deviations in delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
If Otterfilm is unable to deliver and cannot offer the buyer a new delivery date, Otterfilm is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part without becoming liable for damages. Similarly, in these cases, the buyer may withdraw from the contract. In any case, the company does not accept orders and does not deliver to countries where there are specific regulatory provisions or other legal provisions prohibiting delivery of the goods to that country or requiring special government approvals.
For delivery of our products outside the EU, additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply.
The delivery costs displayed on this website are non-binding. If it becomes impossible to ship at the indicated price, I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part without becoming liable for damages. Similarly, in these cases, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
